I am an experienced learning strategist focused on workforce adoption. As AI has changed how people work, I have incorporated AI adoption into broader learning strategies rather than treating it as a separate initiative. I design corporate learning programs that improve efficiency while making unfamiliar systems and processes easier and less stressful to learn.
